Sketch Design

At the Sketch Design stage we take the detail of your Design Brief, consider any State and Local planning controls and guidelines to produce a Concept Design and Sketch Plans. 

This will include:

Site Plan

Floor Plans

Elevations and, 

Initial 3D Views of your project. 

During this phase, our goal is to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your design, we provide 3D views to help you visualise the spaces and we work closely with you to make any necessary changes. 

Once you are happy with the design, we then start working towards getting the necessary approvals.
