Construction Certificate

Construction Plans are a set of comprehensive, detailed plans produced for both the issuing of a Construction Certificate and for your Builder to work from.

At this stage we also liaise with a Structural Engineer who is required to  provide engineering design for any structural components of your project.

A Construction Certificate must be issued prior to building work commencing. We provide detailed Construction Plans and Documentation for your Private Certifier to assess and then issue a Construction Certificate that allows you to begin the build process. The Private Certifier will carry out relevant building inspections at each critical stage of construction, advise of any outstanding work and upon completion, will issue an Occupation Certificate.
